    In consideration of the opportunity to display my work to the public, and other good and valuable consideration, the adequacy and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I, the undersigned artist, hereby agree that by submitting my art I consent to the terms of this Call for Artwork Submissions and certify that the art that I am submitting is my original art and that I am the author and creator of such art.

    In exchange for the above recited consideration, I, my heirs, successors and assigns hereby release and hold harmless the RRAAC, its board of directors, staff, sponsors and affiliated entities and their heirs, successors, and assigns for any loss of property related to the submission of my art pursuant to this agreement.

    I acknowledge that RRAAC reserves the right to accept or deny any submission with or without cause. I further agree to grant RRAAC permission to publish in all media, my name, artwork, and my location for use in press releases, print, television, and the internet. I further agree to participate in a program whereby the RRAAC may release such information to other persons and entities. I acknowledge that I have read and understand all terms contained in this Call for Artwork Submissions and agree to be bound by its terms.

    Individuals or organizations engaging in the sale of artwork may be required to collect and remit sales tax to the State Tax Comptroller.

    If you are requesting Ampersand boards, submission is not complete until you submit your images in the spaces provided earlier in this form.

Sub categories with $50 value in an assortment of cash,
gift cards, and products (TBA)

High School, Jr. High, and Elementary $50 and $25 gift certificates

 Free $40 chalk kit provided with each registration.
This is a rain or shine event.


Artists will be allocated a 10’x10′ sidewalk space to work on during the event. 
Artwork may be any size, not to exceed the 10’x10′ space. Artists may work from Friday through Saturday at 5:30 pm.

Things to bring:

  •  knee pads or something soft to kneel on
  •  sunblock
  •  wipes for hands
  • gloves
  • brushes
  • other filler material
  • water
