Vendor Information

The vendor information and release form is now posted (April 18, 2014). The form for payment is not yet available and will be posted as soon as it is received. In the meantime, one can pay by mail with a check or pay by check or credit card at ArtSpace, downtown Round Rock. The ability to pay by credit card online should be available by April 23.

In order to have a successful placement, please do the following:

  1. Read the instructions closely. If you have questions, please ask before signing the release and submitting payment. Note especially that once you are assigned, there are no changes in placement on the day of the event.
  2. Sign the release form and submit that on the same day or before payment. We are unable to process payment information without the release form.
  3. Once the release form is submitted, you have 7 days (calendar, not working, days) for us to RECEIVE your payment by mail, online (when available), or by hand delivery to ArtSpace (addresses on the release form). Note, this does not mean “postmarked” within 7 days. After 7 days, your request for consideration will be removed from the queue if payment is not received. Payments will not be accepted on the day of the event.
  4. When you complete the payment option, be sure to note if you want a specialty location. Specify general location on the map. Corner spots are automatically considered a specialty location. Any other specific requests will require the specialty spot surcharge. Note where you would like your spot to be located.
