GALLERY OPENING & RECEPTION, MARCH 3, 2018
CALL FOR ARTWORK SUBMISSION INFORMATION
JURIED SHOW – OVER $6000 IN AWARDS

Round Rock Arts (RRA) is accepting artwork submissions from all Texas artists for its Imagine gallery show. Imagine, now in its 10th year, is a regional juried show of visual art. The opening of the two-month show will be held on March 3, 2018, at Texas State University-Round Rock.

Art is juried in the following four categories by independent, experienced judges identified at the end of this document. Judges select art work through a “blind” process, meaning that only the jpg images and title of the works are seen by the judges.

  4. 3D: Fiber Art

Definition of original work:

No work shall be submitted which has been done in a workshop or class environment. All art submitted must have been completed within the past two calendar years and not previously exhibited at Imagine.

Liability:
RRA and Texas State University (TSU) do NOT assume liability for loss or damage to artwork. Every precaution is taken to protect exhibited work from damage. The artist may wish to obtain insurance for the work submitted, but it is not required. Each artist will be required to sign a liability release form if artwork is accepted for the exhibit.

Rejections:

  • We do not accept artwork which requires shipping to or from the venue. All art must be delivered and retrieved in person on the days and times noted in the schedule at the end of this document.
  • Please do not enter submissions to the show if you know you are unable to meet the schedule noted at the end of this document.
  • Please do not enter submissions to the show if your art work does not meet the other requirements for the type of art, size of art, and display/hanging requirements noted in this document.
